Great food, food court.
Can you guys please update business hours on google maps? I came twice (Last Tuesday around 1:30pm and this Tuesday around 3pm) and they are not open. ☹ I love their potato noodle

Based on the reviews, 99 BBQ offers flavorful food with a few unique quirks. The soup base is rich, savory, and deep, and the spices are very tasteable. The beef brisket and tendon are amazingly tender. A signature item is the potato noodles (Tu Dou Fen), which are very thick and extremely chewy; some find this texture enjoyable, while others find the noodles too tough to chew. Other menu items include lamb offals, which are well cleaned with no odd flavor, and excellent Baozi (Chinese bun) with a generous meat filling that is not salty or oily. A specific meal mentioned is the signature clay pot noodles. Customers should be prepared for the heat, as the soup stays boiling hot. There is a unique deposit system where customers pay an extra $5 deposit for the clay bowl, which is returned in cash when the bowl is returned to the counter. The price has gone up a bit, but the portion of meat is a lot.
