Siu mai are bouncy and meaty with a sweet shrimp snap; seasoning leans classic and lets the pork-shrimp blend shine without MSG heaviness .

It was a good experience for my mom. The typical dim sum place we go to is more casual and lower budget. The dim sum place will definitely earn some respect stars from family and friends visiting Vancouver or Burnaby. Bling bling 🌟 🌟
