It was a good experience for my mom. The typical dim sum place we go to is more casual and lower budget. The dim sum place will definitely earn some respect stars from family and friends visiting Vancouver or Burnaby. Bling bling 🌟 🌟

I haven’t had a chance to try the dinner menu yet, but the dim sum was just average. The prices are relatively high compared to other dim sum spots, and the quality didn’t quite meet expectations—it didn’t feel very fresh. I do hope to return and try the dinner menu for a better experience.

Within the busy mall near passport office it is nice, you can sit and enjoy great food and the servers are very friendly. Dimsum around $10-12 but that seems norm these days anywhere.
