I got the X’ian Hand Pulled Noodle in Spicy Sauce Oil, which was suggested to me by the lady at the counter as a vegetarian option. The portion was huge and it was very tasty. They have a number of vegetarian/vegan options available which I was able to clarify.

We are hunting biang Biang noddles in the metro Vancouver, so feel excited to find one nearby. The noodles met our expectations, but the whole bowl was way oilier than what we had had from the different restaurants, and my husband’s stomach felt upset after that. When we finished the food, an inch of oil was left in our bowl. The burger tasted plain.Good thing they take credit card if you purchase more than $15.
