Just ate from here today. Experience was disturbing. First a previous customer had ordered something, but one of the girls gave her the wrong order. One of the girls said they would make a new one, but then started speaking in what appeared to be Hindi. It was obvious by the body language, their fingers and eyes on her that they were annoyed and laughing about her situation. Almost made me walk away - should have. But i thought i'll order something basic so that it's easy for them. Unfortunately, i was wrong and had a disgusting case-scenario instead. The girl handling the food for some reason thought that it was acceptable to grab a very dirty cloth that had filth, residue and old oil and squeezed out lots of the dirty water and dirt from it. She did not change her gloves or anything and then started touching my food, other breads and put her hand in the all the salad. I was not in an arguing mood so i kept an eye out for what she didn't touch with the unsanitary hands and ate that. Watching this happen and the two of them not seeing any problem with it makes one question the cleanliness of this place, and if it even goes with the food safety and sanitation protocols of British Columbia. Don't come here if you want clean food.

This is inside the Lougheed Town Center mall. Ibordered OPA platter. Food was warm and delicious specially the bread and yogurt ?! Salad was not very fresh as I was received in the other OPA locations before. I always recommend Mediterranean meals as a healthier choice. Also, the food court was clean and spacious with some views to the outside.

This place is a rip off!! Portions are tiny tiny!!! I couldn't believe it!! $20 something bucks for a souvlaki platter!!! For that price, you should give bigger portions! I will never go there again! If i could give it 0 starts i would! Meat was also overcooked. The 2 women working there had the worst attitude. They should not be working with the public. Reading the previous reviews, you clearly are not working to make anything different. I wouldn't go back there even if it was given for free! Shamful!!

Was there yesterday, and the OPA at Coquitlam Mall is much better. It was afternoon and ordered 2 chicken wraps. The bread was so stale both broke into 2 when she folded it around the dry overcooked chicken!!!. You could tell the attitude of these 2 women were like working at a homeless shelter serving food. Stay away from this location and send the message we expect better from a franchisee.Parking: no problem

It was the worst OPA I’ve ever had!The meat was not cooked properly,Salad was very big sliced and small portion.Sanity was terrible!I told them the lamb was not cooked and they put the skew that I put in my mouth back on their stove!
Please check the quality of your food, especially veggies. You can tell anything to your customers but each person eats three times a day on average and we can tell when the salad is rotten. By saying “I just mixed it” you either confirm that you also buy spoilt vegetables or deny the obvious.General recommendation to visit Greece and check the food there.

Its not so greek anymore i went for calamari and said i want calamari they asked if i wanted,lamb,beef ir pork on it. Being real european i know that this wasn't greek so i said no i said parsly and red onions and tasiki with fries would not recomend eating here they aren't very greek anymore. The issuse is that its being runned by east indians which is fine but they don't care about what they are doing and they have no knowlege of greek food. I was dissapointed with it. Like go to greece and try these stunts and you will be kicked out of Greece

Yesterday I was there and I ordered a mega opa plate and a fries but I found two strands of hair in my plates. After i found the first one at the beginning I didn’t care so much and i just asked them politely to change my chicken but after I found the second one I really got annoyed cause it’s obvious that they don’t care about hygiene. Also, the manager wasn’t there and the cashier was treating us somewhat like we made a mistake and she didn’t apologized at all.I really recommend everyone to not ruining their days by ordering from this place.

Ordered for 55 people for a celebration and the staff was incredibly accommodating and showed such pride in their work. Manjop and Love were super kind. The food was great. I ordered falafel, chicken and beef platters family style. The potatoes were on the salty side but still really good.
