Food was good but our server was infuriatingly bad. Repeated my order to me incorrectly at first, I thought nothing of it and corrected her. She repeated back to me incorrectly again, and I corrected her again. And then when the food came, shocker, it was not what I had ordered. There were maybe 4 groups at the restaurant so it wasn’t like it was loud and hard to hear. She also did not bring water until I asked (30+ minutes after we were seated), did not clear empty espresso cups away so they sat on the table for the entire time we were there, and did not refill coffee in a timely manner.

I just ordered food from Pur and Simple to find the largest clump of hair in my food. That’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Will not be ordering from here again.

Paid ridiculous amount for small portions. My meal was supposed to have steak inside and there was one tiny piece of meat. My partners meal was super small too. I could’ve made this stuff at home for 7 dollars lol. Steak pesto with no steak? Eggs Benedict burger with the tiniest patty, and like 7 little chunks of potatoes. Unreal.
