Delivery during the day is rough. They use a 3rd party to deliver during non peak times it seems, I had cash, and couldnt pay online through the app. They call, and tell me that they will deliver the food, and later on when a delivery driver of theirs show up, they will come collect payment from me, cool, that works. 3rd party guy shows up, initially tells me I owe him $5, I told him I was told I didn't have to pay anything according to person in store. He then tells me I owe for my amount of the order ($49). I re tell him that I was instructed not to pay him. He tells me that he cannot hand me the pizza till I pay him and takes off. I call the store, tell them what transpired. They told me I can pay him. I ask if he had change for me as I was paying with a $100 bill, which I told him on his first call when he called asking if I could change it to a card online, he said that 3rd party should have change to break my bill. 3rd party did not have change to break it, wanted me to give him the $100 bill so he could go to the store and break it there and come back. Told him I wasn't comfortable with doing so, and he then drove off with my beloved pizza a second time to go to the store to get to change. Finally, an hour after placing my order, I have pizza in hand to eat, 3rd party is paid and life is good.
Writing this out in hopes that if head office gets enough complaints similar of it being an issue with 3rd parties being involved that they spend the few $$ a day extra to hire someone instore in order to do deliveries and have less issues.

If you want a great pizza experience check out Papa John's in Bainbridge location. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly.
I ordered the meats pizza with a thin crust and every bite was bursting with flavour. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for holding all the delicious toppings. The tomato sauce was well seasoned and the cheese was melty everything worked together perfectly. You can really tell they use quality ingredients.
What made this experience even more memorable was that it was the first time in my life I ate a full large pizza by myself, every slice was worth it.
I am so glad I can treat myself to this delicious pizza regularly. It’s the perfect mix of quality, taste and value. If you haven’t tried the Papa John's in Bainbridge yet, you’re missing out on something truly special guys.

Had a great experience with the new owners! They were courteous and very welcoming. We ordered our pizza for take out and it was very delicious. Made fresh!
Another time I was there 10 min before the store opened. The owner/employee saw me waiting outside and took my order so I didn't have to wait. Thank you!

This Papa Johns location saved my party! After another pizza business cancelled my order this location took my last minute order over the phone and came fast with my order, saving the day. Service was quick, and employee was very kind. Ordered the cheese, hawaiian, and pepporoni, all were great. Highly recommend.
