Food was mediocre. Service is a bit sad here because Nobody smiles. I requested for water and they gave 1 cup for four people so here are my kids fighting over 1 cup of water.

My dining experience was just ok. Food was ok. Very traditional restaurant perhaps not used to serving to a broad clientele. $$$

We came here for pho and while the food was decent, the service really brought down the experience. Our server seemed impatient when we asked questions about the menu (since we weren’t very familiar with it) and gave off very unfriendly, almost hostile vibes. There was little effort to make us feel welcome, and the overall energy felt cold and dismissive. Unfortunately, it made what could’ve been a nice meal quite uncomfortable.

Customer service is very bad. Once you are in you can feel that energy. No eye contacts with customers, no politeness and smile.The food is good.
Price increases significantly, I don’t want to pay $20 for pho. Everyone should go to Pho goodness located at 3079 Main St, Vancouver, BC V5T 3G6, Canada. They are in Vancouver but way cheaper than here.
Ever time I went there there is a guy server and he is rude and doesn’t do as told I told him multiple times no tomato in my phone but still did and this not the first time too he is really loud talking with others server
I come here often to eat their pho soup. Great food, good service, parking is convenient.
Came in once by myself and ordered chicken wings, but got chopped up chicken instead. I was shocked and ate it but it was good but I didn’t order it. What happened?

Ok this is one of my favourite pho places in Burnaby I always go here look at this beautiful food plate. it looks like anime
Ordered Uber Eats tonight, half way through eating my meal I noticed the chicken was pink and bits were raw. This location has definitely gone downhill. Will not be ordering again.
This is the only pho place I've came across that actually gives you a lot of meat in your pho. And for that reason I will always order from them.
