The best soft tofu soup you will ever have
Ordered the soy garlic chicken salad, LA galbi, and stir-fried squid. The LA galbi and chicken salad were better than expected, and the squid was also good, with generous portions. We ordered it mild, but I think the spicy version would be delicious too. Rice costs extra, and the three side dishes were disappointing. The kimchi had an off smell, as if it hadn’t been properly prepared or stored, so we could barely eat it. The rice also wasn’t the sticky rice we prefer....read full review

DooBoo is a restaurant in south Burnaby, known for its delicious and flavorful soups and meats. The chicken appetizer and soft tofu are standouts, and the combo menu offers good value. The Hot Pot Rice with Fish Roe was mild for some tastes, but the Traditional Stone Pot Rice was appreciated. Overall, the food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the service is very kind and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
