I had stopped having Pizza Hut for a couple of years due to declining quality. However, recently, my partner ordered their Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata Pizza, and it reignited my love for Pizza Hut. The pizza was incredibly flavorful, and the crust was perfectly done. It brought back fond childhood memories of enjoying Pizza Hut, and I'm excited to rediscover their delicious offerings.

I add some extra toppings, but they just put the toppings on the top of my pizza and don’t not recook it, it’s even seems that they just give me the raw ingredients from fridge, how can I eat that? It’s not salad it’s pizza!

Ordered a medium pizza with extra sauce. Pizza came with no sauce and very little cheese. The dough is super oily and whoever cut the slices obviously doesn't care. Do not recommend this location.

My problem isn't with the food, it's their take-out service, phone reception. I tried to order online but I had difficulty. So, I tried phoning the delivery number which I have done many times before. I was on their caller ID. When the person answered he started asking me to update my information. I had to repeat myself many times to the point it became frustrating because of the language barrier. I had to repeat myself too many times I started voicing my frustration. I asked to speak to someone else but he said no. I had to hangup and I will not submit to such a waste of my time. When the person on the phone would have gotten my info if he had taken my order. Instead, he had to be arrogant and rude. A big part of business is customer service and an integral part of this service is communication. If you can't have clear communication, then you will lose customers. I will not be a customer here again because of this bad customer experience.

Do not order from here , food is undercooked and rushed ,ordered a super Supreme lovers ,had none of the meats ,a few mushrooms and peppers ,wings were cold , when i called in all they did was deflect, dont waste your money , pizza hut is definitely not what it used to be on Gamma

Feeling under the weather I ordered my children pizza for dinner. Not knowing what type of crust to order I chose off the picture. The pizza came completely burnt, rock hard and looking nothing like the pictures. I spoke to four different people, was bounced around and disconnected twice. Now my children are eating crackers for dinner and this single mother is out of $40 for nothing as I ‘may or may not hear back from someone’ I feel robbed. Seriously lacking customer service, even at the head office, not even an apology was offered.
