It was a rainy night and I understand it's busy but it really didn't make me feel better when a group of women asked to sit at the bar (which was closed) ahead of the other 50 people waiting. Like you didn't expect them not to order. The hostess rightfully said no but they the "Karen's" asked to speak to the manager who let them. The rest of the evening was irrelevant but I'll say we enjoyed our dinner at the other restaurant instead of putting up with this place. Never again.

My husband and I took our kids to the Lougheed location tonight for dinner and it was the worst dinning experience we've ever had. our appetizer popcorn shrimp was cold; my Caesar salad looked like regurgitated lettuce with a dab of dressing smeared dressing in the centre and the burgers were so salty they were almost inedible. Our server finally brought water by the end of the meal and never cleared a single plate. Meanwhile there were 2 other tables in our section also complaining about the food and service:; 1 of them walked out without paying. I felt so bad for the manager that I didn't have the heart to complain as well. Needless to say, it was $100 down the drain and we will never be back. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Although the wait was longer than I would have preferred, it was a holiday lunch hour (Remembrance Day) so understandable. Went to Dollar Tree & table was ready by the time I finished shopping. The food is excellent. Bottomless steak fries & yam fries made it really great bang-for-the-buck. Kids menu is family friendly priced. Mac & cheese + the Chicken strips were really good. Daughters loved the strawberry sundae dessert. Enjoyed the meal enough to buy several gift cards so we'll be coming back more often.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is excellent value & choicesParking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Very long, shallow ramp makes it extremely wheelchair accessible

Dined at this Red Robin location last night to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. When it came time for the waitress to take our orders, I informed her that I want to redeem my Birthday Burger, and she took my phone number for the birthday reward offer.I ordered the Tuscan Salmon burger off of their menu, but I wasn’t able to point to it on the menu (as I usually do, in order to avoid mishaps) since she stayed across the table instead of walking over to me. I also ordered a Raspberry Limeade. When our orders came, I was surprised I was handed Fish and Chips. I asked why I received this instead of the Tuscan Salmon burger and she said that choice hasn’t been available on their menu for quite some time (no indication of this on their physical menu), and that the fish and chips is the only thing they serve that is salmon. Not wanting extend the dinner too long as we had plans for after dinner, I reluctantly just accepted the fish and chips, which turned out to not even be salmon, but presumably, cod. Somehow “Tuscan Salmon Burger” ended up being standard cod fish and chips. The fish was tough, not hot, and not juicy on the inside. It was a disappointing meal.I was not billed for the fish and chips, but was billed for the raspberry limeade. Also, unsure whether Red Robin (or just this location) still gives birthday sundaes, but I did not receive one.Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since the waitress was pleasant and apologetic, and my friends’ meals were good. However, disappointed in the mishap (and the server’s lack of knowledge of their current menu), the menus not being updated, the lack of quality of the fish, and being charged for the drink despite the disappointing meal.

From our party, food was good but not great. Standard burger joint.Servers were friendly and everything ordered came quickly. That's important to me as I hate to wait for my food. Good healthy portions.

I don't normally leave bad reviews and this is really my first time. This location is smelly the first thing you noticed walking in. My daughter wasn't wanting to breathe into the air. The carpet is greasy and black. You can hear the sticky sound when the servers walk by and still hear it from 20 feet away. The forks brought were dirty. The mirrors have greasy marks. Coincidentally, my 10 year old daughter and myself were seating straight up the whole time we sat down, not wanting to touch anything. The sanitation condition just makes you feel that nothing is clean, even the food when probably they aren't?I used to love Red Robins for years but today we've decided to never come back again unless they wash their carpets/upholstery, remove the smell and clean their mirrors and utensils properly. So much improvements need to be done to get back their supporting customers. I feel like sooner or later this place is going to close down due to the poor management.I see that all the bad reviews they received were never seriously taken care of. All they ask is the send them an email mentioning the time, date and location. But it's pretty obvious when and where it happened when people leave you repeated comments here.We do hope the conditions can be fixed by leaving true comments here because Red Robins could have done better than this and it's one of my favourite restaurants. But no thanks if you ask me to email you the details again when you can clearly see them here already.

Old school burger joint that brings back memories. This location is definitely abit run down. It needs some renovations and a good cleaning. That being said, the food is pretty decent and good for a quick bite. Love the bottomless fries as usual and the servers are typically pretty friendly at this location.

It is a good thing that most of the menu items are pre-made 'cause if we actually had to wait for anything to have been made with skill and/or talent, we'd probably have left after the first half-hour of waiting. The carpet is filthy, the tables are sticky, the under-trained staff have left dishes sitting on tables, inside and out (flies eeww). Is the current owner waiting to be bought out by the large development coming to the Loughheed Mall because this restaurant has no heart or soul anymore.

Went here for a free birthday burger. The system was not working but the manager honoured the discount anyway! Ordered the ‘Keep It Simple’ burger w/ Steak Fries and it was delicious.

I've been eating here quite a few times recently only using skipped the dishes haven't physically been to the restaurant in a while. The food's really good I definitely recommend it not sure why they have such a low rating on skip.

I have been to the Red Robin at the Lougheed mall area a few times in the last couple of months to meet up for dinner. I used to live in Port Moody for many years and came here for dinners, birthday parties, Mother's day and even date nights. I can honestly say that the place is the exact same even the carpet Now having said this it's really about time that the owner replaces them and other furniture because your shoes literally stick to the carpet and the booths are sticky as well. I couldn't believe how dirty the carpet was with several napkins, paper and other things on them. Several tables weren't cleaned off either and both times I was here it wasn't busy at all. Staff gathered just chatting together and I could hear other customers complaining about the mess. The condiment containers needed to be wiped down and the windows were all smeared. I remember back in the day people were aloud to smoke in the restaurants including Red Robin and it looked like the windows hadn't been cleaned since then It's really too bad because the food I had was pretty good and the place brought back so many fond memories , minus the mess Please Red Robin on Cameron Street, get your act together and save this iconic spot In the mean time go and enjoy a meal here just bring your own hand sanitizers and don't look down!!!

I've been a couple of times because it's close to me and convenient. Hasn't been particularly good on any occasion. 50/50 chance your burger is undercooked, as pictured though hard to see. Take away orders they often forget add ons and upgrades, this order had an extra patty added for $3.00 that never made it onto the burger. Only redeeming quality keeping it from being one star is the bar tender on site is good.

It's a tradition for me to come here every year for my birthday. When we arrived the hostess did not greet us. She went to help another group then comes back five minutes later. She brought us to the table and did not say anything. She didn't even smile at all, she was probably having a bad day but not sure if I can give her a pass on it for the zero effort. Our server seemed nice at first. We received our order but she did not bother to check in on us even though she walked by a few times. I mentioned it was my birthday to redeem my free burger but it wasn't deducted from the bill. When she came back, the wrong item was deducted but I paid anyways because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. She didn't say bye or thank you either. The burger was good but the yam fries were way over cooked.I used to love coming here but definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Stopped in for lunch on Monday. We were seated right away, the restaurant was pretty slow. Couple of guys at the bar and maybe 4-5 other tables having lunch. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ chicken sandwich, fries & the Sunrise Lemonade and Hubby ordered the Simple Burger, fries and a Diet Coke. Drinks came out right away. Food was delivered promptly. The food was great. My chicken sandwich was moist, fresh & hot. Hubs burger was "great". I did take off a star due to the fact that once we had our food, our server didn't come back after the initial 'how's it look'. My drink sat empty for quite a bit, then when I did request a refill, it took forever to get it. Hubby drank his refill & requested a to go refill before my first refill came. I ended up taking it to go. Not a huge issue, but a bit frustrating.
