We were able to get a fresh batch of Egg Tarts, which were eggy, creamy, and not too sweet. The crust was very soft. I did not like how it crumbled as I ate it, which felt a bit unpleasant going down my throat. We also tried the Triple Cheese Toast, Molten Cheese Tart, and BBQ Pork Buns. They didn’t particularly stand out, but were tasty.
We have been loyal customers of your bakery since 2011 and always loved all your items, especially coconut cocktail bun. But it seems recently in past 3-4 months the quality of that bun has gone down, the fillings were less than usual and also recently the sweetness was reduced from original. Would request to bring back the old recipe of cocktail bun.

My mother had pre-ordered a cake and paid in full, but forgot her membership card for the discount. I called and asked Jenifer if we could process a refund for the discount.
