Went to Single V finally after meaning to try it for over a year.
One of the best cups I've had in a long time. Really makes my normal shots at home seem bad. Truly great espresso. Bright, juicy, florally, but not acidic or bitter. It was wonderfully balanced with so many enjoyable notes. Croissant was great too, but the coffee was near perfect for me. Will definitely try and return when I'm on the area again!
