Came on a friend's recommendation. Love the not super sweet ice cream - in fact, it was almost sour-esque (not in a bad way) and let you appreciate the creamy-ness of the ice cream. I did find the toppings/syrups to be too sweet but pretty sure that can be adjusted. Definitely will be back.

Had their original with cereal flakes, it was ok, but nothing surprising. They poured the cereal flakes on the bottom so it was difficult to access it initially.

Delicious soft peak ice creams. They have quite good seasonal options as well. I love their timtam option. Staff is polite and friendly. Atmosphere of the place is also really nice. Although there is just one option in chocolate.

The Soft Peaks offers some of the best desserts in town, especially the honeycomb and tiramisu ice cream, both are absolutely delicious. I would like to give special appreciation to the two staff members working there on Wednesday Nov 05,2025 around 9:15 PM.. They were extremely polite, friendly, and patient, helping me choose the perfect flavour with a big smile. Their warm attitude and excellent customer service made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere!

I have been here about 5 times now and I thoroughly can say I enjoy the preset icecream sets and time of posting I got the spooky seasonal preset. Simply tasty and amazing.
Overall, I give this place a 5/5 for the cafe icecream, 4/5 for the atmosphere, and 5/5 for their service.

I had the coffee ice cream with coffee jelly. While the coffee flavor was delicious and balanced well, I found that the ice was a bit too airy-- causing it to melt faster than I could eat it.

I definitely want to come back here to try more flavors! I love honeycomb but I think it was much too decadent and waxy in this quantity. The ice cream is luscious and fresh and I love that they have rotating specials!
