Bitter coffee. Every time. The oat latte is always bitter. Their splash of milk is barely anything. all the coffee drinks are bitter, tasteless & disappointing. if it wasn’t for the convenience, i wouldn’t go here

Very convenient to use this place as a remote working location
First time visiting this location. I ordered from the Starbucks Apps prior to visiting the store and the drink was shortly available after arrival. As I tried the drink and it’s not sweet enough, I asked for two extra pump of strawberry syrup and they gladly offered. The overall service was quite good. Nice decor and ambiance on the shop. However some other customers had a loud voice and not sensitive to other customers in store. Otherwise quite an enjoyable experience today.

I visit the Starbucks at Boundary and Canadaway often, and every time, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Today, I was especially touched when I noticed a little note on my cup saying, “Have a great day!” It’s small gestures like this that make such a big difference.
