I come here Every week (M-F); because it’s near my work; the morning crew is SO Awesome! They remember everyone’s names; they ALL have awesome customer service; and they write such cute positive notes on your drinks! I love the morning crew ESPECIALLY Tony,Amanda,Combie,Italia (Sorry IF I’ve left out SOME people! It’s NOT on purpose!); I guess they’ve got natural customer service skills; that’s why they’ve got LOTS of regulars!!

Worst service I ever had in a Starbucks! I was waiting for my mobil ordered black coffee for 20 min and it was sitting on the counter with no label under a wrong alphabet section! Poor management for busy time, don’t come here in a Sunday morning!

I had the worst customer service from this location this morning.

I was lining up for the hello kitty merch before store opens. People ahead of me all bought multiple hello kitty items. By the time I got to cashier, there were two tumblers left; the cashier ( claiming her name is Hailey) states I can only buy 1. I questioned why people ahead of me bought more
Than 1. And how come this rule is set in effect when it reaches me?

It feels unfair and discriminating. Her words were: well you are getting one now right?

Plus when I was paying for my item; she was rolling her eyes. Very not customer friendly. How does Starbucks train their employees?

I have always found the staff to be so helpful and patient. Today, especially as my daughter placed her order incorrectly, and they took the time to sort it out and fill the order. And did this with kindness and understanding which certainly made my day go a lot better. Thank you

I had my order wrong twice online from this branch. When I went in to get a drink, the girl with ‘Italy’ on her name tag also got it wrong and didn’t even greet me or say thank you. It’s frustrating to pay for what you order and have it repeatedly wrong. Management should ensure order accuracy and improve service.
