Normally not one to review at all but had a really weird/ uncomfortable experience at this location that’s still been on my mind. The hours for this location are listed as open at 530 on Saturdays. I showed up around 545 walked in as the door was unlocked and was rudely told they do not open till 6. I totally get it, they were not open yet unknown to me but the way the person spoke to me was really disheartening. Just as a person to person. I expressed my confusion and was told “our hours say 6 on the door” in a condescending way that made me feel stupid for not looking at the door hours. I didn’t look at the door hours as they were listed as 530 online and the door was unlocked…. I get it, it was 545 in the morning on a Saturday I didn’t want to be awake either but we are all human and it’s easy to be kind ??

Ordered few drinks & and asked if i can have small cup of Puppuccino, Surprisingly they charge puppuccinos here!Better just go to SB store in Carleton square!SB never charge PUPpuccinos lol

I’ve been coming to this location many times, their staff were nice, the drinks were good enough. But this time is awful. I’ve never ever been in this worst experience. The girl’s attitude was so bad, don’t wanna say something too negative but I was treated not like a customer. I don’t know if she had something wrong, but I didn’t do anything tho :) i expected to be served properly. If you don’t know how to talk to your customers, please search it up or learn it from your co-workers.

I had the best experience there and my wife and I were helped by this really nice girl named alexis. I would love to leave a good tip but they unfortunately are not allowed to receive tips. Hope they change that soon, the team really deserves it ?
