About 5 minutes ago 1 worker was changing garbage containers and i was trying to get cream and sugar she was very angry and no polite talk and reaction to me. I just poured some excess coffee into the trash can. Please respect for customer i am over 32 years old customer for starbucks.

Really enjoyed summer refresher drink with boba. Light and refreshing. Used gift card from student . Enjoying it more than peach drink. Had salted caramel brew the other day. More flavour than straight coffee. Came again for berry drink with boba. Refreshing and enjoyable. Noticed 75% ice though. Will have to ask for less ice next time. Came again. Had ice pecan oat latte. Refreshing with crunchy bits. Not too much ice

The service at this location has been quite slow on each of my visits, and the drink quality has not been as good as at other locations. Unfortunately, I had to discard my coffee today, as the taste was quite unpleasant. It seemed something was off.

Ordered an oat latte but they made it with regular milk. Didn’t know until it cooled off enough for me to try. Not good for someone who is lactose intolerant. Waste of $6 and my day

I went there this Wednesday with my reusable cup for a mobile order. The barista poured my drink so roughly it spilled all over the counter and my cup. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to remake it, and only wiped it carelessly, so I had to ask for extra tissue to clean up my cup myself. Since I was in a rush, I just wanted to get my drink and go. Then she told me, “just to let you know, we’re not allowed to touch customers’ cups.” Really? You just spilled my drink all over it but aren’t “allowed” to clean it?
I’ve never had such bad service at any other Starbucks or coffee shops. This was by far one of the rudest, most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Please train your staff professionally!

I went there to order my coffee today. However, there was an Asian girl who were eyeglasses, she ignore me and kept me waiting for no reason. She just kept walking from right to left and vice versa. Then, I just left the store. Is this your high level of customer care and skills? I really hate it when employees are like that.
