It's never available when you ask for a dark coffee around my break in 3pm at this location, only Pike instead. But today when I mentioned my concern, the friendly stuff told they can make a fresh pot for me. I am so impressed since I love strong and rich taste.

Subpar at best.. This is the closest Starbucks to me since I moved nearby. I often come here so often and I used to like the friendly barista. Now I’m noticing more and more issues with mobile order. There is huge amount stack of mobile orders just sitting on the counter because no one is calling out names on a timely manner for them.

Don’t you think ice is too much? They almost give me the full cap of ice😅 she could have just given me a full cup of ice, but she still alms me some matcha in it. WOW very appreciate that my gratitude is beyond words👍👍👍

This is the only Starbucks that puts your drink in the queue when ordering brewed coffee instead of just pouring it right away.
Really annoying when you have to wait 5 minutes for something any other location pours in 30 seconds

Little unfortunate when I went it they wouldn't make my frap 2 different flavors layered, vanilla bean and strawberry and creme. No one knew If they could do it and then just told me no which is a shame cause other ones will do it no problem.
