I can here to buy 1 coffee in the morning around 8:30am and it took 30 mins for them to just serve 1 coffee. I mean this is ridiculous. The crew was rooming around inside and working slowly. Don’t they know the value of time ??

Ok yesterday I was at metrotown mall Foodcourt Starbucks this time which I m.only a block away from the mall I always get grande green tea with 2 bags and ask my tea bags on the side this big supervisor kabayan and the server young Korean brother said that they can't give the tea bags on the side and they both said new rule Well I am always I. This location at Highgate starbucks and never heard any crop like that ever and today I video it to proof that Highgate starbucks never use any excuse when I ask can I have my tea bags on the side they never say anything and they say sure can This is what I expected from metrotown mall food court to stuff which I have been going there daily since ever been open including the one that was closed in chapters and the one near sky train and all know my name as BC RobinHood. So all I can say is the metrotown mall Foodcourt Starbucks is bulshitting us or only they have this kind of rule event hough all stuff are very professional and kind as usual at every starbucks bit what ever the rule they made at metrotown mall Foodcourt Starbucks is Plain a bs Hope somehow the head office see this comment. Anyway I only cone to Highgate when I have painting project at east . Newwest. South Surrey. Whiterock Langley, delta , Coquitlam and beyond but now I came Here to get my teat and will go to metrotown mall food court. But will not bother with them to get anything unless I have top. About 5 minutes ago 1 worker was changing garbage containers and i was trying to get cream and sugar she was very angry and no polite talk and reaction to me. I just poured some excess coffee into the trash can. Please respect for customer i am over 32 years old customer for starbucks.

Really enjoyed summer refresher drink with boba. Light and refreshing. Used gift card from student . Enjoying it more than peach drink. Had salted caramel brew the other day. More flavour than straight coffee. Came again for berry drink with boba. Refreshing and enjoyable. Noticed 75% ice though. Will have to ask for less ice next time. Came again. Had ice pecan oat latte. Refreshing with crunchy bits. Not too much ice

It's the traditional Starbucks. Great service served with a smile. Consistency is very nice and you for the most part get that with all Starbucks

Ordered an oat latte but they made it with regular milk. Didn’t know until it cooled off enough for me to try. Not good for someone who is lactose intolerant. Waste of $6 and my day

I went there this Wednesday with my reusable cup for a mobile order. The barista poured my drink so roughly it spilled all over the counter and my cup. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to remake it, and only wiped it carelessly, so I had to ask for extra tissue to clean up my cup myself. Since I was in a rush, I just wanted to get my drink and go. Then she told me, “just to let you know, we’re not allowed to touch customers’ cups.” Really? You just spilled my drink all over it but aren’t “allowed” to clean it? I’ve never had such bad service at any other Starbucks or coffee shops. This was by far one of the rudest, most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Please train your staff professionally!
