I had such a lovely experience at this Poke place today! The girl at the counter was super kind and helpful—she patiently helped me pick out my meal, and just as I was paying, I suddenly had a bad stomachache. To my surprise, she offered me a cup of hot water without me even asking. I never expected to receive such thoughtful service at a food court. Truly touched by her kindness—I’m honestly in love with this place now!

The customer service was wonderful. She walked me through the order. However, I’m concerned about spoilage of the shoyu ahi tuna and shoyu salmon.
I came here on June 13, 2025. The taste was great, and I was feeling fine until around half an hour after the meal. But, once I arrived home, I felt nauseous and vomited the meal. I love the flavouring, but I was worried about the quality of fish on that particular day.

The service was awful as there was no order and yet after checking in my order , they needed 10 mins and then after coming back 10 mins later , the guy and girl on site only to start my order upon my return to wait with them
Good luck to the location as it was much better experience with Brentwood and metro location

Super yummy tofu and avocado bowl! I didn’t know what toppings or sauces to get and the staff were really friendly and helpful making my bowl for me. Very satisfied.

My fave place to fix a fish craving! The fish is always fresh and the staff are always lovely. Simon helped me out with my order and his recommendations were fantastic. The atmosphere at lougheed is always chill and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this location!
