today staff was very kind, friendly, that’s why i bought VIP membership today, also i am a big fan for Steve Poke with their fresh ingredients, tasty, best Poke in Vancouver for my opinion

Food is always great, however recently, the service is not as exceptional as other Steve's Poke locations. With certain employees, the service is incredibly slow and portion size will be much smaller than standard, with under filled protein and leftovers in the scoop. Requests to add more free toppings will be seemingly unwelcome

It’s great food, pretty expensive but what’s new. It’s that it takes forever because it’s usually one person of the staff helping in the front and they can handle one client. I had to wait over 20 min today.
