Nitin made us the most beautiful two subs, all the while baking a fresh batch of bread. He was friendly to all the customers, made eye contact and confirmed with the person in front of us about gluten cross contamination. He was thorough and meticulous, someone who actually takes pride in his work. Honestly best subway experience we've ever had! Our new favorite location. Thank you
