This is one of the worst local subways. I cannot recommend it when there is a very good one not to far away on Austin Ave! The workers are extremely stingy with toppings and sauces, had to ask for 'lots of pickles' twice and still only ended up with a normal amount... most people hate pickles so why be stingy? All the subs I've ever gotten from this one have been 'meh' quality.

The girls who make your sandwich work their butt off and are always friendly. They are severly understaffed so please be patient. Every sandwich we bought here tasted delightful. Happy to have themin this mall. Great addition to this neighborhood.

Went today around 4:30pm and one of the staff put up a sign telling people to come back in 30 minutes since she was restocking the veggies out front, but everything was already full. She would just point at the sign and roll her eyes when someone asked to be served. She refused to serve anyone until a lineup of people begun to form.

We just had two sandwiches from here, and the lady (Sam) who made our sandwich was just so nice. I made a mistake while ordering, and she was kind enough to ask if she should remove it. She apologized, although it wasn't her fault at all. Moreover, since our sandwiches had similar ingredients, she had put a mark on one of them to differentiate.
I asked the lady to change her gloves before serving pork sandwich to someone since i dont eat pork and it makes me sick. She questioned me and said what’s the difference they both are animals anyways!! I don’t understand this question I thought it’s mandatory to change the gloves. Ive never had these issues with others when they serve me. Guess you just want to me get the taste of pork lol. Her name is samareh or something
