I’m a regular—this is my fifth order—and I usually order online. Unfortunately, the staff often miss details: they skip toasting the sandwich, forget the side, and the subs feel light on ingredients compared to other places. It’s the most frustrating part. On the bright side, the team is friendly, the service is prompt, and I hope the kitchen can tighten things up soon.

This worker needs to be fired. Extremely disrespectful, came out over the counter to my face yelling. He also said he is the owner when I asked for management. Please deal with this as this is unacceptable

I worked near the Bainbridge Subway Restaurant in Burnaby for a couple years and usually went for lunch there twice a week. The staff and the manager were fantastic, the restaurant was always clean and well organized. Lunches there can be very busy but the staff were always great on how fast they looked after everyone's order with great attention to detail and were very friendly to their customers. Sadly, I have not found a nearby Subway at my new office that comes close to mztching the service at the Bainbridge Subway.

Worker sneezed while holding the bread and I kindly asked her to replace it (this was well before any toppings were put on), and she refused. She told me that it's ok because she's wearing a mask? I'm not a Karen but come on, that's not right. If you're sick you shouldn't be handling food.

Lots of tables inside and outside for a quick sandwich.
Yesterday I visited this store around 8:30/ 9 pm for dine in. Being a foodie and a pure vegetarian I really loved my sandwich here. The young lady at the counter was quick, co-operative and was really patient, as I took sometime to get my sandwich customized. From cleanliness to customer service everything was a top notch.
Would love to be back here!!!

It’s about not having enough staff to work on weekend evenings is a very poor management! I have visited to this multiple times, they are pretty in the afternoon with proper staff and the lineup flows smooth, however, it’s pathetic on the weekends! One guy working taking his own sweet time & people standing in line forever!

I frequently visit this location for lunch and have become a regular here. The staff recognizes me and always prepares my sandwich to perfection—fresh, hot, and delicious. The three young ladies working were truly amazing.

I’m am very dissatisfied with the service we received this evening at 10:07 pm they don’t close until 10:30 the young lady working was telling us that we had to get out of the restaurant at 10:15 so she can clean and close up I’m sorry but I’ve worked for subway before and you aren’t supposed to close early because it’s “raining” and you need to clean up and go home we spent $30 on buy 2 foot longs get 1 free subway sandwhich all the veggies she had out were lettuce tomatoe cucumber spinach red onions and green pepper and then when asked is this all you have her answer was yes honestly worst sub I’ve ever recieved and crappy service too. To be told you have to leave a restaurant before closing hours and she even said because it’s raining I close early” those aren’t your hours and you have customers NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
