Tried the lychee rose milk tea, and enjoyed the elegant rose flavour. Many chunks of lychee at the bottom of the drink, which I’m glad to see, as I thought it would just be lychee flavouring like many other bubble tea place.
Service could be a little better though. I was the only customer at the time of order, but the server made me feel like burden by being there.

Today I bought two cups of milk tea, both with regular sugar. The tea tasted like it had been sitting for a long time, very bitter. On top of that, one of the milk tea was missing sugar entirely. This was the worst milk tea shop I’ve ever tried in Burnaby.

Fleshy Mango Slush with coconut milk is my favorite! Especially when it comes with sago! So good. It's kind of like mango sago dessert but drink version. The flavor is very well balanced

The customer service is terrible, I understand that they are busy and have many orders to attend, the other day I went to the store and placed an order through the machine after this the machine gave me a message that said that the payment was not made, however I checked my account and had the payment made, I went to the counter and told the lady that I had been charged and told her my bank account and the charge had been made to which she replied, no ticket was printed if you want your drink you have to pay again and if you want your money back you have to talk to the bank we have nothing to do with it, then they asked me for my number because the manager was going to review the payments made, I have been waiting a week and a half for an answer. DON'T EVER GO.

I ordered UberEats from here and the driver forgot to pick up my order (he had 2 uber pick ups from here and only picked up the other order for another customer) when the driver arrived he apologized for his mistake and said I could contact Uber eats for a refund. One thing that is very strange is that the Suntea staff would have seen that my order was marked as picked up and disappeared from their Uber tablet but the order was still at the store they never attempted to contact the driver or Uber eats to say the order wasn’t picked up at all they also would have seen my order sitting there for a long time and never thought to check the updates on my order. I first called Suntea and asked if they could call Uber eats and inform them of the situation they said they can’t call them and told me to call myself even though as a restaurant on Uber platform they have a way of contacting Uber merchant support. Basically they just don’t care at all about the customer experience and can’t be bothered to help. Although this is Uber drivers initial problem Suntea did nothing at all to try and help their customer resolve an issue.

They used to have Oreo brulle milk tea which was amazing but they got rid of it. They changed it with mochi sauce which is not good. I don’t know why. I hope oreo brulle comes back.

I had some of the WORST bbt in my life here and that says a lot since I think even TNT bbt is better than this 🤢🤮🤮 I ordered a roasted milk tea and it is absolutely nasty. I'm not sure if the person screwed up my order but I ordered a 100 % sugar level drink and I legitimately don't think they added any in my drink. I'm not usually one to complain but it took all of my mental strength to finish this absolutely rancid abomination of a drink Do NOT recommend unless you feel like testing your tolerance
