Other reviews say that these cream puffs are made using the same beard Papa's recipe. We found that these cream puffs were similar but different. These cream puff shells were much larger and also more airy. We got two flavors. The vanilla custard and the matcha custard. The vanilla custard was delicious and did taste like the Beard Papa's recipe. The matcha custard lacked matcha flavor and was a dull green color. I've been coming here for about 3 years and lately I've found that their cream puff are often mostly empty. The filling barely fills up a quarter of the cream puff, so you're mostly eating dry pastry. Super disappointed because I love this place for a quick sweet treat and a drink. Hopefully they make some adjustments soon
