This place was solid for bubble tea. The taro slush with lychee jelly was bursting with creamy taro flavour. No complaints. It came with a matching purple straw too. The service was good. It’s conveniently located in the Crystal mall food court.

We order "fresh made" hot black tea and green tea. It is turn out the tea were already sitting in the fridge who knows how long. Not matched their sign And the staff heatted it up on the stove. We waited for over 15 minutes. And when we got our green tea, it is already fermented. ( Sitting in the fridge too long)This was my first experience ever in Canada, order fresh hot tea and the tea is already premade and sitting in the fridge.I guess this kind of shop only can order cold drinks with sugar and milk then you never can tell the tea is fresh or not.Not recommended at all for people like hot drinks with original favour.

Watch out, guys! This store is terrible. Very slow service, waiting for 20 minutes? They increased the price unreasonably and downgraded the quality of drink ( barely can taste the taro, food color to look good?) Last month, their taro milk tea was $4.75 with pearls and a lot better taste. This Sunday, the price increases to $5.75 without pearls and extra $0.75 with pearls. That’s a rip-off.
