Ordered the basil fried rice with beef and paid for added broccoli and ginger. No ginger. The beef had giant chunks of fat and must have been a really bad cut of meat, like grade D. Disappointed because it wasn't cheap to have it delivered like nearly $30.

I had a vegetarian pad thai. They added big portion of vegetables and noodle.the taste was bomb!!! I highly recommend it. Thank you😇🙏🏻

This could've been better, but unfortunately too much oil ruined it. I ordered #8 which I believe is the pad thai with egg noodles and for the choice of protien I choose beef. The noodle was cooked to perfection, beef was tender, and the flavors was good as well. I just wish the person who cooked this meal used a bit less oil.

Ordered the Tomato and Pineapple Fried Rice, but there was no tomato, and the pineapple -fed pieces was from a can. I also paid $1.20 for just two leaves of basil, which felt ridiculous. The rice itself wasn’t even fried—it was just steamed rice barely touched the pan. And I think the chicken is not cooked daily, it has a weird smell which wasn’t very fresh.
For a dish that likely costs less than $2 to make, charging over $17 is outrageous. Overall, this was a horrible experience.

I used to love the Pad Thai when Thai Express was in the old food court. This new one tastes horrible nothing like Pad Thai. The noodle was dry and chewy. Hardly any ingredients and tasted so bad. Very disappointed

I recently visited this Thai Express location, and I was impressed by the quality of the food. The portions were generous and well worth the price. I tried the Pad Sew Ew, and the flavors were great, with a good balance of spices. The noodles were cooked just right, and the vegetables were fresh. The service was quick, and the overall experience was solid. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on both taste and portion size, this location is a great choice. As a bonus, the food court is modern and stylish, having recently been renovated. It makes it a beautiful spot to eat and relax. Recommended.

The food and customer service at Thai Express is excellent. The food is fresh and always prepared exactly as requested. However, their Rewards program is a joke. Often, the machine where you enter your phone number to earn rewards is not working. They advertise promotional points for purchases which they do not award. I’ve contacted Customer Service assuming it was probably an error but have not received a response. This leads me to believe that Thai Express is intentionally deceiving its customers by advertising promotional points and then not awarding them or replying to correspondence. I refuse to support businesses engaging in such dishonest and deceptive practices.
Answer to reply: The customer feedback form has already been filled out but no response was received. Hence, posting of this review.

As a frequent patron of Thai Express, I’ve always held their Pad Thai in high regard. Unfortunately, my recent order was a significant departure from the usual high-quality experience. The dish lacked the familiar flavors and textures that define Thai Express’s signature Pad Thai. taste is bland and beef was over cooked and very dry. I’m disappointed that the quality and adherence to their standard recipe seem to have wavered on this occasion.

The food is very tasty. I come here often when I go to the food court at this mall. The staff is very friendly and they make the food with care. It is also made quickly and accurately. They are consistently excellent.
There are a lot of great choices to choose from on the menu.
