Ended up not finishing it. It doesn’t taste like pad thai at all, noodles mushy and too oily. For $15? This is what you get. Waste of moneyBeen to thailand and i know authentic is. This place has gone downhill ever since. It used to be my go to for pad thai cravings. Will not buy again.

We went to the food court instead of a restaurant because it would be cheaper. We ordered two cashew chicken meals and two drinks and 4 gyozas for $55.00! Ridiculous. The meals weren't even good. 4 little chunks of chicken a half a pepper some onions and sauce thrown on top of rice. That's it. $4.50 per drink, must be the sugar tax. We won't be back. I work hard for my money to spend it on a substandard meal. Yuck.

Quality has gone downhill over the years and prices have gone up. Portions are still decent but the pad Thai chicken I got today had undercooked noodles that were hard, and sauce was lukewarm. Probably was not fried long enough on the wok. I asked for medium spicy and I didn't see any chili flakes, it was mild at best.

Tastes very different, and not in a good way. Don't know what happened to this franchise but across the board, it is no longer reliable. The sauces tastes completely wrong and there is no 'wok hey' flavour imparted from the wok. Sad...

I ordered the tofu pad see ew. The portion was very generous but the taste was disappointing . Very salty, but the gross part is the bunch of burnt ingredients I got. Burned eggs, some of the tofu was burnt. It is my first visit here, so maybe it’s just my bad luck ☹️Vegetarian options: Tofu

Ordered pad see ew for my lunch, and I was so disappointed by what I got. The beef has a smell on it, and it is not thoroughly cooked. Was not able to finish everything, even though i tried to, so as to not waste my money. But I just cant. Please fix thissssss ????

16 dollars (plus asking for tip) for about 2 ounces of beef and a bunch of noodles. It was probably about 1 dollar of ingredients for 16 dollars. Not worth your money!

I replied on your form same day and no one has replied to me yet. As a restaurant owner myself this was rather disappointing.There was hardly any veggies, the sauce tasted terrible and wasn't hot/spicy. The rice was cold and stuck together you'd need a knife to cut it. The meat was precooked, dry and tough. Zero care giving during the prep.
