Food is okay, but the service is terrible. Asking for more water for my and my wife’s hotpot but be ignored several times. Asking for the bill, and we waited more than 25 minutes for just a bill.
I took my senior dad (about $40 senior rate) for lunch around 1:15 on a Tuesday and it was pretty quiet, which I like. I had previously been to the Richmond ChoCho twice for dinner and it was packed.
