I only have good things to say about this place! My favourite bakery to pick up treats. Fresh dessert and the sweetest staff. My son and I love visiting this bakery!

Their butter cookies are absolutely fantastic. They are creamy, buttery, crisp, and taste like homemade goodness made from real ingredients. Tried an assortment of their cookies and all of the flavours were delicious. A true and real bakery. Great quality.

I call in advance, saying that I'll be there just before closing, asking if its ok, they told me its ok if I get there within 5 minute, I did, but apparently its 10+ SECONDS more then 5 minute, and they refuse me at the door and lock the door, why not just tell me that they are about to close and they're not accepting customer, why let me ride the taxi all the way there for literally less then 30 second of difference.

Not iimpressed right now but might cool down and be more understanding but I don't know if it's a misunderstanding or deliberate. I'm going to preface this by saying that I visit Valley Bakery quite often mostly during the summer time. So I know their baked goods are delicious and fresh and they use real butter. My favorites the Dutch baby cookie. I came in after my physio appointment because I wanted some bread and something sweet for after dinner. There was a Caucasian couple, an Asian lady and myself inside the bakery at the time. The couple were asked if they wanted a free cookie, as they usually offer even to those just browaing. So I figured okay I'm going to wait until my turn comes up and the staff would probably be offering one to me or the other Asian lady, as well. During my whole transaction I was never offered a cookie. Nothing. Guess who also didnt get a cookie. The Asian lady. I, too, am Asian. We all bought something. I don't understand what distinguishing Factor would be besides saying that maybe it had to do with race? Again we all purchased something. But only two (Caucasian) of the four patrons inside were offered a free cookie. That stung. Like wow! I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she's going to collect my money and then offer me a free cookie at that time but that never happened. Now you know this isn't about a darn cookie. I think they need to be retrained and maybe attend some diversity seminars so they understand that you can't be selective when you are offering something or your services in general. Today they have lost a customer.

Sorry they have missed the mark when trying to match what the old owners offered some of our families traditional pastries no longer offered the cookies tasted frozen previously ;(

I used to order my bday cake from this bakery and the cakes were so good, everyone would ask what bakery I got it from. Last time I purchased my bday cake the staff were less than enthusiastic to help and had a lot of attitude. The cake was also not fresh and didn’t taste the same. Will not go back.

We ordered desserts from Valley Bakery for my daughter-in-law’s bridal shower, and everything was absolutely perfect! The pastries and cake were not only beautiful but also delicious — fresh, moist, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the treats, and they truly added something special to the celebration. I highly recommend Valley Bakery for any special occasion!
