I order food here many times a week, for convenience. The food is always disappointing. The wraps I order most of the times do not have the sauce even after reminding them that it should have sauce. If it has sauce, it is no longer a wrap but it is a sea of sauce on one side of the wrap and the other side dried as a desert. I really appreciate Tim Hortons not only for their friendly staff and great coffee but also for their efforts to protect the environment. The employees are always welcoming and provide quick, helpful service. I’ve noticed they use eco-friendly cups and encourage recycling, which shows they care about reducing waste. This outlet is #1, of any Tim's I have been too. The communication and superior management, shows in all the staffs faces. You smile and all the staff that see you smile back . They are calm , cool , and collected while doing a too notch customer service.
