Overflowing garbage, dirty floors and tables, 30mins to get food without a line up and 8/10 times it's wrong. Only one self order machine works.

One person working tonight as cashier and also making food at 630pm . 25 minutes to make an online wrap order . Got home and it was the wrong type . What is happening ?

It was 9pm I asked to get a sandwich they said the grill was already cleaned so they can't make any kind of sandwich I asked for a wrap they said no as well because they don't serve any kind of food at 9pm because the grill was cleaned already? But they close at 11pm?. Not gonna come back here anymore.

This place consistently surprises me with how slow and incompetent the staff are. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous and the order is always wrong. Out of all the locations this has to be the worst. Every time I’m here people leave from the long lines. I’ve seen staff argue with customers… seriously need a massive change because this is a joke.

Keep your expectations low. I was disappointed and my expectations were pretty low to begin with. Having said that, the coffee was hot and the retro donut was good (although smaller than they used to be).I ordered through the kiosk, thinking that would be easier/faster. However, on my kiosk, the payment was not working. Did not find out until I went to pay, of course. Had to re-enter everything in the next kiosk. No time saved there.I was going to eat in, but there was no space. There are not many tables and at least 8 of them were taken up with people on their computers, using the electricity and the Wi-Fi, with empty drink containers on their table. One of them appeared to be sleeping.Next time I’ll go to the TH in the gas station down the road.

this is by far one of the worst locations I have been to. they never get my order correct. my most recent attempt to get food will be my last. i ordered 3 simple items, 1. LARGE turkey bacon club, 2. LARGE double double and 3. REGULAR chicken noodle soup. everything was wrong except for my large double double. i asked for a large club and PAID for a large and only after i got my order i was told they only had regular. you've already made me pay more for something you simply dont have. secondly i asked for a regular chicken noodle soup. when my order was called out i heard it was with chili, i asked one of the staff i ordered mine with chicken noodle soup, and she insured me my order was with chicken noodle soup. yet, it wasn't.its one thing to tell customers that they dont have certain items on the menu, people understand things run out, but to lie to customers about what they are getting and having them to pay for them is very bad way to run a business.worst location to go to. stay clear from this one. they dont know what they are doing here. walk down to the gas station location. much better service.

tims are usually slow this one is even slower. I ordered two wraps, they gave me one, so that's what I ordered and offered no further assistance or receipt.

I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience here just rn was so embarrassing and uncomfortable. The two girls working on January 22nd at 8:pm were so mean to me :( I ordered on the kiosk and added strawberry cream cheese but they didn’t have any, so they put just strawberry jam on it, you need to pay an extra dollar for any kind of cream cheese but the jam is free. I brought it up to them and they tried telling me the strawberry jam does cost an extra dollar more (it dosent) so I then asked if they could trade my current one in for one with regular cream cheese, they then tried to argue with me and question me saying it out loud in front of all the people who started to form a line behind me waiting for me to solve my issue, the girl said very loudly “we are not giving you for free” it was so embarrassing as I was just trying to trade my brand new uneaten bagel in for a different one, not trying to get free food at all. I was so offended. She then proceeded to ask why I can’t pay just 1$ but I was trying to explain to her why I shouldn’t have to pay for the side of cream cheese (because I payed for it on the kiosk but didn’t get it) I then ask to show her on the kiosk and then she realizes what I am trying to say then they went silent then say to eachother to give me the side of cream cheese no charge, but was so angry and mean about it. I felt bad but I just wanted cream cheese. They where trying to charge me under their mistake and where so loud about it in the dining space everyone heard and was looking my way. When she gave me the cream cheese she waved her hand at me and walked away and ignored my thank you. I used to work at mc Donald’s not that long ago so I understand how to be polite and mindful when you are asking for your food to be corrected, I smile and use manners and am patient, but these girls with how they treated me made this a horrible experience. Genuinely upset me to be treated this way, especially when I was so polite and kind during the whole process. I just wanted a bagel w cream cheese :( I also ordered breakfast for some co workers and I one morning and they forgot all the hash browns with the combos, still haven’t heard back from them about the resolution.

Today I went to this tim hortons for the second time and ordered 2 farmer cheese wraps. me and my friend were very hungry and when my friend took a bite from the wrap 2 hairs came out of it and we threw away 2 wraps without eating and 2 medium coffee . When we showed the picture to the staff. He did not give any specific answer to our complaint.So I tell everyone that don't waste money on such dirty food they are serving
