I ordered a bacon and egg belt, bacon and scrambled egg croissant, a bacon scrambled egg breakfast box, and after opening the bacon scrambled egg box the bacon was not cut and COMPLETELY RAW! I took my order back and asked for the girl to get them to cook the bacon. A few minutes later she handed me back the bacon scrambled egg box, I opened it and it was the same bacon cut up covered in chipotle sauce and still COMPLETELY RAW! I took it back again and said it appears the guy working can’t or just won’t cook the bacon, so I will just take a refund. We ate the belt and the croissant with the bacon just barely cooked. Now my wife and I are home and feeling sick due to the complete and utter negligence of the staff. This is unacceptable, and I will require further action both in the form of a refund, and further training required for the staff to understand they cannot serve raw bacon. I look forward to your post haste reply in 48 hours to deal with this, otherwise I will be filing a complaint with coastal health and have them do a full inspection of this location and proof of food safe certification from all the employees making the food.

This morning at 7:56am i bought an herb and garlic pastry snack along with coffee, and it was stale and not fresh the cream was all dry inside although i asked the staff when she took out of front counter to get me fresh one as it looks old and still she over looked my request. Not good service at all. I have kept it to return them back today itself. Please serve fresh as we pay you in full.
