I went in to make a purchase and asked to use the restroom. They told me all 3 were out of order. Pretty sure it was a lie as the staff member said"we don't make the rules. I will be emailing a formal complaint to corporate and the city of province whoever regulates the rules around washrooms in restaurants.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! I had a fantastic experience with both the food and service. The staff was welcoming and quick to take my order, and my meal was prepared perfectly and served right on time. The breakfast sandwich was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the pastries were soft and flavorful. It’s always a pleasure stopping by here because they really know how to make you feel valued as a customer. Highly recommended ??

Unfortunately this location’s employees seem to not deliver on the simplest of requests. I only order dark roast from Tim Hortons as that is my preferred coffee. Multiple times they have tried to pass off original roast as dark, simply because they didn’t want to. I called out the worker after tasting it, and she said “oh ok, uh 4 mins” this type of “customer service” I will not stand for. If they had told me that it would be a wait due to brewing, then I would wait. But instead I guess it’s easier to lie and forget.

Whoever is in charge of this location needs to overhaul their hiring practices. My husband was in line this morning around 11:30 with 4 other customers, one of whom had a group order. Two employees were at the till chatting and ignoring the people in line. Their chatting continue for a while until my husband asked from the line if they had more timbits in th back. His question was ignored as they continued talking. My husband then asked in a louder frustrated voice if anyone actually worked there, which warned him blank stares. He then said I guess I'm leaving. He turned to go and all the customers in line left with him and they told people just coming in not to bother as nobody was helping customers so they left as well. Not the first time we've experienced this lack of service atthe Lougheed Mall location. Apparently customer service is not expected for people to gain a pay cheque, but n doubt there will be stories about rude customers.

Based off the wording used and a quick check at the accounts, it’s pretty obvious the positive reviews of this place are fake.

This is without a doubt the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Unclean, always understaffed, the workers are rude, food is inedible. Ridiculous wait times, they’ve constantly screwed up my order. Whether it be overcharging me, giving me the wrong drink, or missing an item. They’ve done it all and I’ve only been coming here for a few months. I go to this one because the smaller Tims in the gas station nearby has some kind of a bug infestation problem. Seen the same staff working at that one so I’m guessing same owner/management.

I usually come around 2pm and the baked goods I’ve tried ALWAYS taste like they were made the day before. So dry and disgusting.

I now stop at a Tims in New West to get my order. Avoid this location at all costs

Parvin the girl who took order seem to be very rude and had no interest in taking order. Maybe she was having a busy day but it was just start of the day. I had came to take breakfast and you expect good customer service at Tim Hortons atleast in the morning.

my stomach got hurt after I had a lite iced capp in this location. maybe they used unfresh milk or cream. inside of the store is stinks and unclean too.

I’m pretty impressed by how the staff was able to churn out orders and take plenty of customer orders in tandem and made sure that any pile up of people waiting for either were cleared relatively quickly. One of the donut glass case was covered by the Tim Horton’s sixty years banner, so not sure if they have less items than usual or that you can still ask for the items not shown. The person at the counter knew how to process an order where I had filled out the survey for $1 iced coffee without additional assistance from the supervisor, which doesn’t always happen. Didn’t stay in to eat, but happy with my take out order experience.

This location is by far the worse timmys that I've ever been to. The workers are lazy, rude, ignorant, and all in all need to do customer service course or something or the manager needs to get new workers ppl that know how to treat there customers, vary unprofessional, there to lazy to clean the bathrooms so they just close them, place is always dirty and smells weird, like the timmys on the go just up the street that only have 2 ppl working handle large crowds better then this place when they have 5 + ppl working. And if I could give a lower star rating I would. And I also seen either a mouse or a small rat running behind the desk which was one of the main reasons I grabbed my son and exited the place.

I support persons with Disabilities for living. This happens to be one of my client's favourite Tim's for years. She would travel two cities to come here and hang out. One time I was at the location with her and she ordered her usual tea. She spilled her tea and she was screaming in pain and went to the counter to ask for help. The ladies working ignored her and carried on with making donuts. I went to the counter and asked for first aid. They said they did not have anything and even with my asking for help they did not even turn around or offered help. One of the sink was costumer accessible so I turned on the cold water for her and asked for ice and paper towel. They only offered help AFTER 15minutes since injury with multiple request from both my client and myself. I have escalated this matter and left a message at the store which was deflcted that there was no manager on shift at the time, and he isn't often around and I was given an email. At this point my client decided to drop the matter and boycott the place. She had 2nd degree burn which left her scar that lasted three seasons to completely heal. Today I had to go there quickly with other persons with Disabilities. Staff once again ignored us completely and just filled the order. I have asked for accomodation letting them know one of the gentleman I was with has Disabilities and it would be great if we can use the washroom. The staff said "Washroom is unavailable for the costumers" at 8pm, so I had to take the gentleman to the Wal-mart to do business.
They are really unaccomodating and really not accessible. Please do not support this business.
