I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. The staff were friendly, my order was prepared quickly, and the coffee was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and the service was smooth. Will definitely visit again.
Lots of memories, good and bad, were made here and I always stop by for a meal. Standard food and service, with the occasional mixup. Unfortunately the Tim's at North Road is just so much tastier... but at least the service here is quick and efficient. If the managers would fix and clean the staff's equipment, and fix the cash register & monitor, then I would rate this place much higher.

Poor store layout. Short on staff never more than one till open. Waiting in line to order or to pick up your order is not very clear where the line is. Store isn't very clean. The staff are doing there best, but should have more staff for how busy the store is.
