Overstaffed yet the output is so painfully slow. This seems to be a trend for most Timmies now. They have one personnel at each station working, three addition staff to socialize and distract.

Worst timmies I’ve ever been to. Absolute lifeless workers and even after I asked 3 times for a spoon with my order and didn’t receive. Start hiring workers who aren’t absolute sloths. It’s a shame what has happened to timmies, shouldn’t be considered Canadian

Cashier had made mistake on my points, I was mischarged and the support team from app are inexperience. Still need to be resolved. Not big issue but staff are not well trained.

My family and I went to the restaurant and we sat in Afghan room. The platter was so amazing and delicious and the lamb tender and as it was so amazing I decided to call my friends to join us to share our wonderful experience with them . The service which was provided by Farhad was amazing as he was so kind and friendly and explained about foods professionally .

I always order from this location. Recently, the staff who prepares coffee uses a hand cream with strong scent, which passed on to the lid. There is no way to drink the coffee with the lid on because it feels like tasting the hand cream. Can the store apply a policy to use only scentless hand cream or soap?

Very prompt service. Cashier Shobhit was very enthusiastic and attentive in serving customers. He was quick to address a miscommunication, after clarifying with his co-workers. All's good. Dining area could be improved with brighter and warmer lights, though.

Terrible, my baby needed her milk I asked one of the workers for hot water to mix with my cold water luke warm for my baby’s milk, she wanted to me to pay 21 cents I had no lose change on me, then she wanted me to pay with debit or credit card lol I told her I’m pretty sure it’s gonna cost more than 21 cents for transfer fees so there’s no point please let me have some water for my baby’s milk. She told me no sorry it’s “the policy” she out right refused to gave me water. I have been to many Tim’s and restaurants none of them have never refused to gave me water especially when it’s for my baby’s milk. So whoever owns or manages this place needs more training for their workers this is not how you treat people or your customers, TERRIBLE I will never go there again for anything.
