We ordered chicken lime bowls, they told us it would come in 6 minutes. It took over 25 minutes and they messed up our order...So it took another 15 mins for them to finally make the proper bowls. They finally fixed the order...but we are extremely dissatisfied.
Without fail, they're accurate with my order. I see the hard work of everyone there behind the counter and appreciate it!Parking: It's mall parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ground-level mall restaurant, but their restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Plenty of room in the hall and restroom itself.

Very prompt service. Cashier Shobhit was very enthusiastic and attentive in serving customers. He was quick to address a miscommunication, after clarifying with his co-workers. All's good. Dining area could be improved with brighter and warmer lights, though.
