Dirty, flies and insects buzzing around everywhere, very smelly and rude staff, nobody speaks English, staff speaks to you in Punjabi and gets annoyed when you speak english, and the food is trash.
It was like i stepped into 1975, the screens are broken, and their debit machine has been broken for a week. If i could give 0 stars I would, dont waste your money here!

I ordered a steak sandwich through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed. The sandwich arrived completely burnt, the bun was literally charred to the point of being inedible. I don’t understand how anyone in the kitchen could see this and still decide it was acceptable to send to a customer. For the price I paid, I expected at least a properly prepared meal. This was a waste of money and definitely not the quality I would expect from this restaurant. Very disappointing experience. I hope they take more care with their food quality and basic standards in the future.

Mobile pickup order, Frustrating experience. Items out of stock, All good, asked refund, staff refused( associate even confirmed with other associate) and told me to call Tim Hortons since I ordered from tim Hortons app, I called and emailed, tim Hortons saying go to the location they can't do refund. My money is stucked now, What should I do? Physical location Staff and the tim Hortons customer service both blaming each other.

I get disappointed almost every time I go to most Tim Hortons. Of course, it’s my favorite coffee, but they often serve food without napkins and coffee without a sleeve. Even when you ask, they usually ask you go grab it from the other side. Most of them have job training, but they don’t show proper manners.
