I ordered vanilla coffee with sandwich everything thing is delicious and at the counter, girl name Harpreet Kaur is very polite and very humble she helped me to understand what can i eat in vegetarian. I mean, i will give 5 ratings just because of Harpreet Kaur.

I came here to drink coffee and do work, but their WiFi was down. I asked if they could restart it and was told “it does that sometimes, there’s no solution for it.” I’ve never heard of terminally ill WiFi before, but I suppose there’s always a first time.
The coffee is acceptable though, hence 2 stars.

I placed a pick up order brought it home only to find half my order missing and bacon in my bagel whereas i only ordered egg and cheese. I called the store and i was told ‘oh we are sorry may be someone else picked up your order’ whereas The bag clearly had my name on it. On top of that i was told to drive back and bring the food i had (the wrong food that they gave me) which clearly could be contaminated now once it left the store, and please come pick up your correct order as we will make it. No apologies no rectification no acknowledgement. And on top of that i had to drive there twice. Just ridiculous.

I recently dined at Tim Hortons , and it was an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that truly impressed. The service was attentive and friendly especially Naina, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommended!

Hey i am 55 years old man I come here its been 10 years i am here every morning.. i go to different locations for my coffee but this is the best one i ever experienced talking about staff they are always cherished .. last Wednesday morning 11:30 or 12 between It was the first time i saw this somewhere i saw over there one indian girl with coloured hair she was droppin the guy in wheelchair outside not only that the thing that surprised me was that his shoes were coming of he asked her to put that in proper way the girl with her hands literally touched the shoes and helped that wheelchair guy wear that. Such a generous thing trust me .. you need heart to do things like that and she was smiling . I felt happy and want to appreciate her but she came back and starting working just a reminder to make the timmies say you need such kinda staff kind and sweet…. All the best

I ordered a chili soup, as it is clear in the video that I took, there were dead extra water in the soup and the soup was very bad tasting and without any vegetables. It is as if you are drinking empty water. This is a robbery. Dirty and crowded and very slow service. Wi-Fi did not work either. ?????

Yesterday I went and Tim Horton all worker manager supervisor it’s Indian 8 people working nobody listening to my order what I am saying I'm not a racist, I don't like racism either But they were directly racist. When 4 Indians came after me, they ordered in Hindi. Their coffee was made in 2 minutes, but I didn't know Hindi, so I waited maybe 24 minutes for a coffee. In the end, I said that is not right to wait 24 minutes for a coffee. she said dont come any more here
This video shows racism. I request the government to look into this matter because Canada is a country of freedom, not racism.
