I get disappointed almost every time I go to most Tim Hortons. Of course, it’s my favorite coffee, but they often serve food without napkins and coffee without a sleeve. Even when you ask, they usually ask you go grab it from the other side. Most of them have job training, but they don’t show proper manners.

I order here at least once a week — they always provide hot, fresh food and fast delivery. Even late at night, they never compromise on quality and always add napkins and condiments. Highly recommend if you want your order to be just like dine-in quality.

The baker was walking, angry, and pissed. If you hate your job, that much then leave . Every tim Hortons i been to, I never saw anyone wash their hands or change their gloves at all. It's like, do they even know what food safe is anymore.

I frequent this Tim Hortons for my daily coffee, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. They always have my coffee ready in a timely manner but if I get food as well it always comes out fresh and amazing. The customer service is also amazing, I lost an airpod a few weeks ago which I called in to inquire but they weren’t able to find it. Fast forward a few weeks later and Sukh recognized my face and let me know that she found the airpod.

The staff at this location went above and beyond. I asked for ice to be put into my Steeped Tea as I cannot drink extremely hot drinks. The young lady serving me asked me to make sure it was made to my satisfaction and added some more ice to bring down the temperature of my drink, to my liking. I commended her on her service, as this was the 1st time a Tim Hortons staff has made sure my drink / order was to my satisfaction. Thank you Tim Hortons at this Location (6th Street and 10th in New Westminster)
