Why don’t they hire more staff and in Canada people are looking for job …. 15-20 people were in the line and just one cashier and one another on back…Too slow service….ThanksWastage of time…They took 15 minutes just for coffee and if anyone ordered something to eat it will be longer wait ….

Service was fine. Boston cream donut had no cream inside. Bagel with cream cheese had so little cream cheese I’m not sure what I paid for.

Worst tim Hortons ever. Ordered a wrap was the worst not filled properly. I’m guessing they have been told to save as much as they can. The lady who was serving told me “ I don’t know why do you think it’s not proper” try to avoid this location .

I usually enjoy ordering donuts from this place, but I had a peculiar experience with Gurleen. She declined my service, instructing me to wait for 10 minutes after placing an order for 6 donuts. Gurleen explained it was a procedure to wait before serving donuts, although this hasn't been the case in the past. The donuts were visibly available, and it seemed unnecessary to wait.

Slower service. Picked up my hashbrown from my online order fairly quickly but had to wait another 10 to 15 more minutes to get my extra large double double that was part of the same order. After around 10 minutes I had to ask if it was coming and it appeared they may have forgot or dropped the order so check up on your orders.

19 nov 2023 around 9:00amI used the washroom. There was no soap in the washroom. I asked cashier to help me. She keep talking to other girls, one of them said ' ignore him' . No need waste time. I asked multiple times.Fortunately i had sanitizer in my car.
