I walked the entire food court and this was the most appealing and for some reason had no line while other places had 10 people lined up. I ordered the lemongrass pork bowl with vermicelli noodle, it came out within a few minutes. The pork was a little different than I was expecting, it's like it was a paste formed into slices. Had the Lemongrass Chicken with Roll Dip with Vermicelli. The chicken was a little burnt, but still had salvageable flavour. The rolls were good, but the outer layer was more chewy than crispy (likely sitting out for a while and not fresh). At $15.50 for the food, plus around $4 for a drink, my food court lunch came to $20. It's a tad pricey for an everyday lunch, but these days many eateries have increased their prices. It was a filling portion though, so would recommend...
The spring rolls I ordered were disappointingly hard and chewy, which was a major letdown. Additionally, the beef pho lacked flavor and is not consistent. The service was unattentive. I only find myself coming here for lunch when I'm working at the mall or when I'm really craving pho and need a quick fix.
