I originally ordered duck liver and duck collarbone, but somehow the lady at the counter ended up giving me duck gizzards instead. The gizzards were a bit on the tough side — not exactly what I was expecting. As for the duck collarbone, it had a nice balance between soft and firm, and there was just the right touch of spiciness to keep things interesting. I was a little disappointed about the mix-up, but overall, the flavor was still pretty satisfying.
2024.06 The duck neck is good, but the yuba is a bit too spicy.
The store is very clean and tidy. My sister is very enthusiastic. The duck neck lettuce is delicious.
