Terrible service. Sat down at the restaurant when there were only 2 other patrons and in the hour that we were there they were unable to make our 8 year old a plate of chow mein. We ended up leaving without our sons food ever being made. I hadn't been to the restaurant in many years and now we definitely will never be back.
Our reservation was for 6:30. We arrived on time but were not even aknowledged untill 6:42, seated at 6:55. We were offered beverages at 7:25. BEFORE we were done eating, a 15% tip was demanded! We were a large table and I had to clear plates so we had enough room to eat. Our party also had 2 toddlers and the booster seats (Which we had to get ourselves) were dirty from the previous persons use! Also, we had an acciental spill and were not offered so much as 1 extra napkin.
