Mikis has been a sushi staple to the Campbell River area for quite some time now!
It is very family friendly. I have a teenage daughter who has been going to Mikis for quite some time now. It's a place her and her friends have felt comfortable going to for a long time, and they've never received poor quality service or refused service because of their age.

Miki's Sushi is a lively spot at lunchtime with flavorful rolls, like the avocado roll, a real standout. The restaurant can be a bit chilly inside, but the food is filling and tasty. The assorted tempura and vegetarian tempuras are excellent choices, and the suicide wings are highly recommended for spice lovers. The menu offers a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. Many customers praise the sushi rolls, saying they are just as delicious as those in Japan, with perfect ratios of ingredients. The lunch specials, like the 'Favorite Combo,' are well-packaged, large, and great value, including items like classic rolls and miso soup. Whether dining in or getting takeout, Miki's Sushi remains a favorite for its amazing food and friendly service. Customers highlight the large menu with multiple choices, good quality food and size for a fair price. The classic rolls are spot on, and the specialty rolls really shine with creative combinations that still respect the balance of good sushi. The rice is seasoned just right, and the presentation is impressive without being fussy, showing the chefs' pride in their craft. The salmon and tuna sashimi is melt in your mouth delicious, and the unagi rolls are delicate and flavourful. While the proximity to the ocean brings an extra fishy smell, it is worth it for the wonderful sushi.
