“Tried it from North Nanaimo for the first time. You’ve gained a new customer!“

“10 very unhappy ☹️ guests. We expected the Promo offer of Dine & Casino spend $5 , get $15 & server aware we were there first that. At dinners end we told all coupons had been dispersed & we did not qualify . We should have been told up front before dinner no coupons would be provided. This was advertised on line & I had been at casino 3 hours before dinner & told this offer existed. Truly a rip off by restaurant-casino & gaming . Even post notes on tables that no coupons woukd be provided would have helped & then we could have decided to stay or leave. Truly sad that this establishment let this happen. Very disappointing to all of us .“

“Really enjoyed our pizza and pickle fries! Will definitely come back for more 😁“

“Fantastic I've gone to this place for 30+ years and there was a point in like early 2000s it was not great but every time I go back it's one of the best panagos on the island. Keeps my family happy and fed. never low amounts of toppings the staff is always pleasant folks. There a reason it's stayed open and I hope it stays open for many more years. The owner is doing something right when they hire people.“

“The staff here are always super friendly, great service and nice to see a larger menu & better pricing 😊My partner and I love coming here!“

“Fantastic staff Consistent great food and service Cranberry salad is the best Fish and chips all time favorite And the view..not many places you can enjoy a meal and a pod of orcas or a huge humpback goes by to enhance your evening.“

“You guys were so busy tonight!! But served all the customers with a smile on your face! At least the ones when we were there. Lol“

“I've come here quite a few times. Usually the pizza is pretty good with good amounts of toppings on top, but last time it wasnt the case. The brocoli was burnt and they were frugal on the toppings. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The food is also cooked in a timely fashion.“

“Staff were working extra hard on Halloween and I was in a bit of a rush waiting for my pizza. They kept a careful eye on the pizza oven and got it to me asap even though they were busy. I really appreciated that and hope they made great tips on Halloween night!“
