“I always have a fantastic experience at this Tim Hortons! The customer service is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to make my day brighter. A big shout out to Peter and my 'bestie'—even though I don’t know their real name, he always has a smile on his face and makes me smile. Whether it’s grabbing my morning tea or a quick afternoon snack, they always make me feel welcome. Highly recommend this location!“

“I'm not a big fan of franchise fast food restaurants and yet here I am. Busy or not Tims is generally not clean, half the tables are not wiped down, garbage on the floor and staff that make excuses like this is a high school cafeteria. However... When I asked a staff member about this he did go out and not just wipe my table but wiped all the tables and swept out the floor. His name is Dhillon, he works at the Discovery Place location in Campbell River, he did a good job and he was pleasant. Keep him and give him a raise!“
