“I asked for steeped tea with honey. The container had solidified so he put it on the carafe element. Needless to say the container melted and liquid honey was everywhere. By the time he finished cleaning the mess and found another container of honey about 5 minutes had past. Should have taken a sip in the store because is only warm. Told him to use the microwave next time but I don't think he understood.“
“The service was great, especially from Jessa. She informed us about an ongoing promotion, which was really helpful. Without her taking the time to offer it, I wouldn’t have known about the promotion.
