“I asked for steeped tea with honey. The container had solidified so he put it on the carafe element. Needless to say the container melted and liquid honey was everywhere. By the time he finished cleaning the mess and found another container of honey about 5 minutes had past. Should have taken a sip in the store because is only warm. Told him to use the microwave next time but I don't think he understood.“
“I have been to the new store about 3 times now and I am please to see the wonderful customer service has transferred over from the old store. Everyone is happy and chatting to customers, I’ve never had a wrong order, food and drinks always come out super fast, and there’s loads of seating for everyone. This morning had many people just chatting it up. Perfect example of a third space!“
