“Visiting from out of town I popped into this Tim Hortons to get a coffee and treated myself to two sour cream Tim Bits. OMG, melt in your mouth good…wished I got ten. Ordered the same two Tim Bits in my home town; sickly sweet and not fresh. Next visit to Campbell River, I went back to Tim Hortons Merecroft Village mall, had two sour cream Tim Bits, and again, perfection. I told Katie, who served me, how I specifically stopped at this Tim Hortons hoping it wasn’t just a fluke. She said, no fluke, that’s Lance, he insists on excellence in his baking. Well, it shows!!!Thank you so much for insisting on excellence. The food is excellent, the store is clean and the staff are friendly. It says 5 out of 5 but I say 10 out of 10!!“
“Walked in and sat down a few times , but mostly go through drive thru. Clean and tidy inside,didn't use washrooms, so don't know what they look like ? Drive thru is better than any other Tim's in CR. It's way more efficient to get in and out !“
“Called ahead two large takeout orders. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was great and everything was ready for the set time. They even bagged everything for easy take out. Staff in store were very helpful and kind. 10/10 experience!!“
