We placed a large family order, and MASON assisted us with it. He was excellent—attentive, patient, and understood everything we requested. Our order, totaling around $50–$60, was taken with great care, and he noted all the details accurately. His team also did a fantastic job preparing everything. Overall, MASON provided outstanding service and truly stood out.
It was nice to see staff enjoying their work. Great customer service with a smile. They rembered the modifications I requested. Food and tea was hot. It was fast, efficient promt service. In and out under 5 minutes.
I'm not a big fan of franchise fast food restaurants and yet here I am. Busy or not Tims is generally not clean, half the tables are not wiped down, garbage on the floor and staff that make excuses like this is a high school cafeteria. However... When I asked a staff member about this he did go out and not just wipe my table but wiped all the tables and swept out the floor. His name is Dhillon, he works at the Discovery Place location in Campbell River, he did a good job...
