Cheating their drive through time records and watering down their chili is bad service
The clock starts once you leave the order kiosk and stops once you leave the pickup window, so they consistently ask you to wait at the order kiosk to make it look like they have amazing service time. Oh please wait one minute, oh we just need to make sure we have that in the kitchen - every time! Meanwhile, other cars go past from the second order kiosk.

Amazing service and absolutely love the atmosphere from the people working drive-thru never a dull moment may need to slow down on our coffee intake our order is remembered and know us by name and which vehicle belongs to who ? I love it and coffee and iced Capps are always great
