Not your typical busy street restaurant. It's a quiet little place. you blink, you miss it. Which would be a shame! Cause the family who run it are fabulous. The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is romantic and quaint. Highly recommend!!
Only reason I gave 4/5 was because there was only one veggie option. It was delicious and the rest of my meat eating family said it was their new fave restaurant in Castlegar. Great service and great food!
The little cafe in the same named Chameleon hotel ts not flash. But the chef (who also handles the hotel front desk and does the rooms...sfaff are hard to find) really knows her way around a piece of schnitzel. Given the usual size of this German favourite I usually share with my wife and did so this evening. But it was so good I could have handled the entire meal on my own.
