Not being from Castlegar, I read the reviews and then asked a buddy who is a long time local where the best Chinese restaurant was. He said, without a doubt, Chopsticks!! So we went. It was a Sunday, it was packed. My husband and I had sushi and a war wonton. It was delish! Our buddy who recommended Chopsticks, joined us and had a combo for 1. The food was wonderful and the staff exceptional, kind and courteous. Large portions and delicious.
