Quite possibly the worst chinese food I've ever had. Chow mein tasted like smokey, burnt oil. Ginger beef had zero flavor. Pork dumplings were mediocre. Definitely not happy having spent $60 for food that's mostly going in the trash.

The server was friendly and very efficient. They took down modifications for the meal and had it ready for pick up very promptly. ( Within 10 minutes). Great food, large portions at a reasonable price.

Ordered online which worked great. Pickup up food and asked if everything was in the bag, staff said yes. Got home and 3 dishes were missing. Called and staff said the kitchen messed up and they will deliver my food right away. 1 hour later the rest of my food arrived cold. No apologies.

I am from Alberta. It is hard to find good Chinese food there. Chopsticks food is delicious and the portions are huge. This is probably why they are so busy and take way over a hour for delivery. If I get the opportunity to work in Castlegar again I will definitely be ordering again.

Food was subpar. Always had ordered the beef and tomato but this time it was unrecognizable as the same dish. Only one waiter for entire restaurant and no heat in restaurant . Had been going to this restaurant for 15 years but no more.. the quality is terrible and so is the service.

The place we were going to...closed...dang! From out of town, so what do we know..I would recommend Chopsticks to anyone. Really good food..well done. Big portions..lots of leftovers for the next couple days in the rv. Our server was nice too!Just one teeeny tiny thing? It's cold outside...it should be warmer inside...
