“Thank you so much for the home cooked breakfast this morning. Scrambled eggs nice and fluffy, tasty sausages, hashbrowns done perfectly and not greasy AND of course the homemade bread. There is that certain flavour to homemade bread that is so delicious. Topping all of that with the perfect blueberry cheesecake with the crumble topping❤️ Such a cute quant little coffee shop❤️”

He was friendly, welcoming, doctored or subs with care and precision without missing a beat! So nice to see as it’s not often you get that anymore! “Considering previous reviews, it has improved significantly over the years.Currently, it provides takeout and decent service. I would recommend however to just get takeout as the restaurant has a unique atmosphere to say it nicely.The food was lovingly prepared in view for us and the taste was just good. Nothing much to say really, it was just good for what it was.Overall, I would recommend if you are in the area.

“We had an ordering mix up. Our online order was accidentally placed with a location in Kamloops instead of Chase. We tried several times to contact the Valleyview Kamloops location but there was no response and no callback despite leaving a message.
Chase location to the rescue- they saved the day by taking our order on the phone and making everything fresh for us. Hopefully they can be reimbursed from the payment we made online to the Valleyview Kamloops location.
They were helpful and polite in Chase even though it was no fault of their own.
They made it right, hats off to the staff, in particular the on-site manager. (I regret I forget his name, Ray or Roy perhaps)
