I'll admit it... this is my guilty pleasure. Every visit has been consistently good. The food is fresh, the service is friendly, and the staff always make you feel welcome. It's one of those places you can count on for a good meal and a smile.

Despite a mix-up with an online order that was accidentally placed with a different location, the Chase A&W location responded quickly and made everything fresh for the customer, showing great helpfulness and politeness. The on-site manager, possibly named Ray or Roy, ensured the issue was resolved and the customer was satisfied. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with friendly staff happy to make suggestions. Recently, the new Churros were praised as amazing, and the staff were well dressed and courteous. The bathrooms and the restaurant are kept very clean. Many find this A&W to be the most delicious they’ve visited, especially the chicken burger, making it a recommended spot for quick meals nearby.
